As of today, I am still without an office. I moved out of my office last week, and my home office is still far from being finished. I’m so anxious to get it finished, and know how I want to arrange the basic layout, but today I find myself dreaming of wall colors, window treatments, interesting lighting, fun little organizational tools, and all of the things that will make my functional home office also be a beautiful place where I’ll feel inspired.

Wow…my mind is spinning with ideas. Who knows at this point what I’ll end up with, but I hope it’ll be a wonderful combination of practical, usable spaces and bright, fun, inspirational eye candy.
